Amazing service from Jaiden today ! It has taken us 3 attempts,  with 3 different businesses to have someone come and service our air conditioning unit. Jaiden was my 4th attempt and from the initial contact, right through until the end of the service, he was faultless. All communication was exceptional, keeping us updated on our upcoming appointment and timeframe for attendance, polite and informative throughout the service. After another company was 10 hours late to service my air conditioner last year, and only after I called them multiple times, I decided to go local this year. Jaiden was accommodating with his dates, incredibly punctual and sent 2 reminders prior to coming. Not only did he turn up when he said he would, he was pleasant and professional and charged my just over 1/2 the price of the other rip off merchants last year for betterservice. Thanks Jaiden.
